Were again suburb with the family, spent a few nice hours hiking, eating and marveling at tigers. Food was delicious again, that excuses the waiting time, good things take time. Very nice service staff. The tigers, peacocks and goats delight young and old. Many Thanks.

Very nice place in a special place in Ingelheim. The tiger garden in particular is the highlight. Unfortunately, very weak opening times for this location. Better opening times would certainly promote and bring in more profits and also tourism.

You have to ask yourself why this forest restaurant needs several tigers in small cages in my opinion ... I'm not an environmentalist or activist, but how the tigers are used there for publicity and tourists is very ugly, at least that's how I feel. PS: Why am I writing this review about the restaurant? Even if the tigers do not officially belong to the restaurant, photos of the tigers and a tiger skin were hanging in the restaurant, photos are also set here in the Google Maps entry, I find this advertisement for tigers in the cage by the restaurant to be simply inappropriate and has against the background I just don't like it in the restaurant either.

Very rude staff. We just wanted to look after the tigers and ran outside the catering area. We did not see the small piece of paper stapled to a tree that a face mask must be worn on the entire site. We were promptly shouted by a service employee over the entire terrace that we should put on a mouthguard. Wow, ok. Our children were startled. One could certainly have said that in a friendlier way. The reason why you should wear a face mask in the open air, where in every zoo or wherever this is not a requirement, I will probably not find out. I no longer go to a place where common sense and trust is not shown. It should be added that it is also a shame that the owner does not respond to criticism in any way and as usual (see the course of some reviews). I had already written that we had overlooked the note. The sound makes the music and Corona is a principle I really didn't know yet. ;) But how should the employee learn otherwise if even the owner barks so loudly.

Staff always very friendly, helpful and food very tasty and appetizing, not to mention the wonderful pies. A visit there is a pleasure in every way. Definitely recommendable. !!!

Back then we went on a nice day to the tigers. Afterwards we enjoyed the restaurant. Very nice outdoor location with a wonderful view. Unfortunately there was only one space available for our group inside. The food was excellent. The cakes looked very tasty, but since we were all full we unfortunately did not. Very nice boss, who gave the children rese and answer to the tigers. The only small drawback is the somewhat dark and aging interior.

We spent the night here in the rooms with a small garden. The view was super! The rooms are very clean and are updated every day. The beds are good too. The rooms are not super large, but fully equipped. With the tiger quarters on one side and the restaurant and the Biesmarck tower on the other, the rooms are in a unique location. The hotel is a great base for visiting the villages along the Rhine or Mainz or Wiesbaden. The staff is very friendly and genuinely interested. The owner of the tigers is passionate and you notice that the welfare of the tigers is paramount. We will definitely come back here! If you are going to eat or spend the night here, think of a contribution for the tigers 😉.

The restaurant scores with its good location right on the Bismarckturm, food and drink are good, value for money also fits

A great restaurant with a great view of the valley. We were here two days in a row and enjoyed the delicious food on the terrace. We will definitely come again !!
